The Parliamentary Ombudsman
The Parliamentary Ombudsman (or the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administration) may act upon a written complaint made to an MP by a member of the public who claims to have suffered injustice as a consequence of maladministration, where the complaint is referred by an MP with the consent of the person who made it1.
