V21.142 Energy-intensive installations

Part V21 Climate change levy

In order to be eligible to enter into a CCA, a facility must be an energy-intensive installation, or a site on which one or more such installations, or the parts of one or more such installations are located. An energy-intensive installation is a site, or part of a site, that is covered by Pollution Prevention and Control (England and Wales) Regulations, SI 2000/1973, Sch 1, Part 1, para A1 or A2 (the PPC Regulations)1.
