Employment contracts
Contracts can be written or verbal.
At the very least, a written service note (Dienstzettel) must be issued to all employees working for more than one month. This is not a substitute for a contract of employment. A contract denotes agreements to the terms whereas a Dienstzettel does not. However, a Dienstzettel could be contained within a contract.
