4.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Valuing benefits-in-kind
Any employment-related advantage that an employer or a company provides to a staff member or company officer is a benefit-in-kind within the income tax and social security charges (such as a company car, accommodation, or a low or no interest rate loan).
The value of the taxable benefit-in-kind is within the PWT withholding system, by being included in the employee's taxable earnings for both the income tax and social security calculations for PWT.
