Finnish employment law is overseen by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. It applies to all employees of Finnish employers regardless of their nationality. Special regulations apply to posted workers (inter-group employee secondments), including working hours, holidays, paid sick leave and the minimum wages based on any Collective Bargaining
