If an employee is sick for more than three days he/she is required to provide a medical certificate (´¡°ù²ú±ð¾±³Ù²õ³Ü²Ô´Úä³ó¾±²µ°ì±ð¾±³Ù²õ²ú±ð²õ³¦³ó±ð¾±²Ô¾±²µ³Ü²Ô²µ, AU) by the fourth day. The employer can request the certificate on the first day of sickness without having to give a reason.
The Appointment Service and Supply Act (TSVG) requires that medical certificates are issued in duplicate for:
