There are formal activities and documentation that must be provided in respect of those leaving employment. These are:
- Ìý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌý conclusion of the payroll record with termination date
- Ìý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌý electronic transmission of the wage tax certificate, hand over the tax card
- Ìý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌý issue tax deduction card to the employee
- Ìý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌý inform the relevant health insurance carrier (with the next payroll) that the employee is no longer working for the employer
- Ìý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌý attestation of already granted or taken holiday through issuing a holiday certificate
- Ìý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌý completion of the certificate
