Employees are entitled to vacation which is as annual leave. The rules are governed by the Labour Code, which applies to most regulated employers.
For a regulated employer, a 'year of employment' is based upon the calendar year. Annual vacation is adjusted to the days spent at work. Some specific examples also count as working hours:
