Undertaking

An individual's right to live and work in Jersey is determined in accordance with the Control of Housing and Work (Jersey) Law 2012. That legislation requires residents in Jersey to register and, similarly, for any 'undertaking' to obtain an appropriate licence as pre-requisite to trading in Jersey.
