6.4 Outbound employees assigned abroad

Norway

The contractual position of an employee sent by their employer on secondment abroad must (under Norwegian law) specify:

  1. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý the duration of the secondment period

  2. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý the currency in which the employee will be paid

  3. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý any cash allowances or benefits-in-kinds provided during the secondment abroad, and

  4. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý any conditions relating to the employee's return journey to Norway
