1.3.4 Annual tax year end return


Poland

There are year-end returns to complete at the end of each fiscal year. The main form requires copies to be issued to both the employee and tax office.

PIT-11

The PIT-11 form is the standard return for personal income tax that must be issued to both the employee and the tax office. It contains cumulative cash figures for the fiscal year to date and is used by employees to complete their annual tax return. The details contained on it are:

  2. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý NIP or PESEL
