9.2 Salary regulations

It is obligatory for all employers with more than 20 employees to draft formal salary regulations as part of the wider terms and conditions applying to all employees employment with the company. The regulations should specify the monthly pay day.

An employer is obliged to develop formal remuneration regulations, if the company's trade union organisation applies for its determination.
