4.9 Personnel care benefit, exercise and wellness

To encourage employees to remain fit and healthy, and in turn promote job satisfaction, it is possible to provide related benefits, or a wellness allowance tax and social security-free, provided it is 'of less value', is available to all employees and cannot be exchanged for cash.
