The EU Blue Card is a work and residence permit for third country nationals. All EU member states, except Denmark and Ireland, issue the EU Blue Card, which allows for the admission of skilled and educated migrants to the EU.
EU Directive 2021/1883 updated the EU Blue Card rules to allow:
