AU3.1.2 General and Enduring Powers of Attorney

A General Power of Attorney authorises an attorney to act on the donor's behalf in relation to the donor's property and financial affairs, while the donor has capacity. The authority under a General Power of Attorney ceases if the donor loses decision-making capacity.
