AU3.2.2 How to make a valid will


Australia

A valid will must be:

  1. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý in writing

  2. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý signed by the willmaker in the presence of two adult witnesses who are present at the same time

  3. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý the two adult witnesses must each sign the will in the presence of the willmaker and each other
