Republic of Ireland

The UK is no longer a member of the EU or the EEA. However, in Ireland British citizens have the protection of the Common Travel Area (CTA) between Ireland and the UK. The British and Irish governments have agreed that the provisions of this agreement continue following the UK's exit from the EU.
