UK3.4.3 Recognition of foreign wills in the UK

An individual's will is usually made under the law of the country in which they are domiciled. That will deals with all the assets in that jurisdiction, both moveable (eg cash, chattels, stocks and shares, etc) and immoveable (ie interests in land).
