It is possible that the benefits are granted by:

  1. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý law (see 3.2, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5), or

  2. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý collective bargaining union agreements (such as additional permanence, supplementing social security benefits, temporary post-retirement stability vacation, etc), or

  3. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý employer discretion (ie without legal obligation or provisions in a collective
