4.5 Incentive benefits

In general, benefits are paid to encourage good performance by the professional or the achievement of goals.

Prizes (±Ê°ùê³¾¾±´Ç²õ)

Benefits instituted by the Labour Reform and common good for the purpose of encouraging employees. Please see the comments in 3.2.

Bonus

The bonus does not have, for the time being, a concept or requirements defined by law, contrary to what happens with ±Ê°ùê³¾¾±´Ç²õ/Prizes.

Thus, as a reference, to explore a more in-depth concept, we use labour court decisions, as well as the criteria defined in 4.1.
