9.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Employment law in Cameroon

The Cameroon Labour Code defines a worker as: 'any person who has undertaken to place his or her professional activity, in return for remuneration, under the direction and authority of an individual or legal entity, public or private', the latter being considered as an 'employer' (Cameroonian Labour Code, Art 1, para 2).
