Employers subject to Québec payroll rules (see 1.1), are generally required to pay a contribution related to labour standards at the rate of 0.06% applicable to the total remuneration paid to employees. For 2025, the maximum remuneration subject to the contribution is CAN 98,000 for each employee (CNESST).
