Titanium Ltd is a UK company that sells sporting equipment throughout Europe and has recently expanded into the Australian market. During the initial trial period, Titanium Ltd contracted with an independent agent to introduce its products to the Australian market and promote them on its behalf.

Following this trial period, Titanium Ltd now wishes to expand into Australia further and accordingly, the directors have set up an Australian company, Ferrus Ltd, to run this venture through.

The Sales Director of the UK company, Fred Manwaring, has recently expressed an interest in moving to Australia to work to promote the brand further and to secure Titanium Ltd's presence in the Australian market.

Fred has submitted a two year business plan for the other directors of Titanium Ltd to consider
