9.1.3 Individual employment agreement

Chile

The individual employment contract is specified in Labour Code, Art 7 and established by an agreement between the employer and employee, which binds them to mutual obligations. The employee is obliged to render personal services subject to the control and authority of their employer, while the latter must provide an agreed remuneration for these services:
