Colombia

Currently, in Colombia, two systems coexist:

  1. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Average premium scheme with defined benefit

  2. Ìý

    Régimen de Prima Media con Prestación Definida, RPM

  3. Ìý

    This scheme is administered by Colpensiones, a public entity

  4. Ìý

    •ÌýÌýÌýÌý Individual savings scheme with solidarity

  5. Ìý

    Régimen de Ahorro Individual con Solidaridad, RAIS

  6. Ìý

    This scheme is administered by private funds supervised by the Financial Superintendence

Both mechanisms allow members or their beneficiaries
