Teleworking
Teleworking is defined in Colombia as:
' '(…) a form of labour organisation, which consists of the performance of paid activities or provision of services to third parties using information and communication technologies –ICT – as a support for contact between the worker and the company, without requiring the physical presence of the worker in a specific workplace'. (Law 1221 of 2008, Art 2)'
Teleworking can take one of the following forms:
| Self-employed | Those who use their own home or a chosen place to carry out their professional activity, this can be a small office, a commercial premises. |
