9.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Employment contracts
Colombian labour regulations are of public order, this implies that they are inalienable by the employee. For an employment contract to exist, there are three fundamental elements:

•ÌýÌýÌýÌý personal provision of the service
- Ìý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌý remuneration
- Ìý
•ÌýÌýÌýÌý continued subordination and dependence of the worker on the employer
According to the duration of the employment contract, the employment can be classified as follows:
