Regulations regarding pregnancy leave/maternity leave are regulated in Law 13/2003 concerning Manpower, Art 82, which are as follows:
Paragraph 1 'female employees are entitled to a break for 1.5 months before giving birth to a child and 1.5 months after giving birth according to the calculation of the obstetrician or midwife'.
