Annual leave
Employees are entitled to fully paid annual leave for a period of 14 days for every year of employment unless more is agreed upon. Annual leave is extended to 21 days if the employee remains in service of the employer for five successive years (Labour Law, Art 61(A)).
If an employee has been working for their employer for less than a year, annual leave is calculated on a proportional basis (Labour Law, Art 61(B)).
Upon termination of employment, employees are entitled to receive the wage for the unused days of their annual leave
