If the employee is working under an unlimited contract and is not subject to the provision of the Social Security Law (note that according to Social Security Law, Art 4(b) there are certain categories of individual that are not subject to the Social Security Law, see below) and where the service is terminated for any reason, they may acquire end-of-service (EoS) remuneration in a rate of a month's wage
