Paid annual leave
Employees are entitled to paid annual leave as detailed below. For a definition of part-time employees, see 9.2.
| Years of service | Full-time entitlement | Part-time entitlement |
| Less than 2 years | 8 days for every 12 months of continuous service | 6 days for every 12 months of continuous service |
| Between 2 and 5 years | 12 days for every 12 months of continuous service | 8 days for every 12 months of continuous service |
| More than 5 years | 16 days for every 12 months of continuous service | 11 days for every 12 months of continuous service |
