Annual leave
Any worker who remains in continuous employment with the same employer for a period of 12 consecutive months is entitled, during each subsequent period of 12 months while they remain in continuous employment, to 22 working days of annual leave. The leave days may be taken on full day, half day or such other shorter period as agreed between an employer and a worker.
Notwithstanding the above, a worker who remains in continuous employment with the same employer for a period of six consecutive months and who has been present on all the working days during that period, shall be entitled to one day's annual leave during each subsequent month up to the 12th month, while they remain in continuous employment with the same employer.
Additionally, an employee who has not taken or been granted all the entitled leave shall be paid a normal day's wage in respect of each day's leave still due at the end of
