From 2021 Federal Labour Law: Ley Federal del Trabajo, Arts 330-A to 330-K address the 'modality of remote work' outside of the employer's facilities through various technology and communication tools. 'Remote work modality' consists of the performance of remunerated activities, in places other than the employer's establishment or facilities, so the physical presence of the employee is not required, and they can work from home. This modality can be mixed with face-to-face work in a hybrid situation or it can be established as the norm.
