Sending an employee to work in Morocco is a 'secondment', though this term is not recognised in Morocco. Furthermore, a foreign company without a local presence cannot recruit an employee in Morocco.
An employee's secondment contract is only recognised within the framework of the social security conventions signed between Morocco and the countries mentioned at 2.2.5, and therefore only for social security benefits and pensions purposes.
