Vacation and public holidays
Paid vacation of six working days is given to employees with at least 12 months of service. During annual leave only basic salary is payable.
Annual leave must be taken at the end of the year in which it is earned, but it can be deferred by mutual agreement provided it is taken within 24 months.
Compensation for annual leave not taken can only be paid on termination of the employment contract.
