Activity in recent years within the Equal Opportunity Commission (EOC), has been largely driven in response to the trends that have been emerging in workplace complaints. As a result, high on the agenda has been activity around sexual harassment, as well as discrimination on the grounds of sex, sexual orientation, and disability.
