Uganda

Uganda is a member of the East African Community (EAC), with its five partner states: Burundi, Kenya, Rwanda, South Sudan and the United Republic of Tanzania.

The EAC encourages the free movement of labour and allows workers within the private sector of a partner state to accept employment within any other EAC country. The worker has the right to social security benefits and can be accompanied
