9.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Employment legislation
The basic employment legislation in Uganda is the Employment Act 2006; the government Ministry tasked with overseeing the Act being the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development.
The following acts are important in establishing the relationship between employer and employee:
