Filings are required under the Wage Protection Scheme (WPS) to the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE). See 9.1 for detail on the WPS.
Additionally, filings, and associated remittances, are required in respect of social security contributions information, to the appropriate authority; the Abu Dhabi Retirement and Pension Fund (ADRPF), or the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) for the rest of the UAE.

Employer must file a copy of the employment contract with MOHRE | Prior to the employment start date (for approval by MOHRE). For inpats to the UAE, the contract must be filed within 14 days of the employment start date. |
Employer must register new employees with GPSSA, and provide the relevant mandated documents (see 5.2) | Within one month of the employee start date for UAE nationals and GCC nationals. |
