2.2.1ÌýÌýÌýÌý Social security contribution requirement
In general, compulsory social security contributions are required from both the employer and employee where there is an employment relationship in accordance with a labour contract in Vietnam.
Compulsory social security contributions are of three types. There are applicable to all domestic and foreign-invested enterprises in Vietnam, namely:
