General
The Tribunal has power to control both the evidence and submissions that it receives at a hearing and may give directions as to how evidence ought to be given (whether written or orally) and limit the number of witnesses who may give evidence on a particular issue1. The Tribunal may receive evidence whether or not it would be admissible in a civil trial2. The Tribunal may also exclude evidence which would be otherwise admissible
