358 General conditions imposed by the Gambling Commission

| Commentary

Under the Gambling Act 2005 the Gambling Commission may specify conditions to be attached to each personal licence1 or each personal licence which falls within a specified class2.

The Act provides that ‘class’ may be wholly or partly defined by reference to3:

  1. 358.1

        the nature of the licensed activities, such activities being those which the personal licence authorises;

  2. 358.2

        the circumstances in which the licensed activities are carried on;
