The 'A' conditions1 allow a non-Part 21 aircraft2 registered in the United Kingdom3 to fly, subject to specified conditions4, in circumstances when:
(1)ÌýÌýÌýÌý it does not have a certificate of airworthiness5 duly issued or rendered valid under the law of the United Kingdom6;
(2)ÌýÌýÌýÌý the certificate of airworthiness or certificate of validation issued in respect of the aircraft has ceased to be
