(6)ÌýÌýÌýÌý Justification

It is a defence for the defendant to show that he had just cause or excuse for doing what he did (OBG Ltd v Allan [2007] UKHL 21, [2007] IRLR 608, per Lord Nicholls at para 193), but it is not clear what the courts will regard as a just cause or excuse.
