    [(a)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to workers to whom [the Merchant Shipping (Maritime Convention) (Hours of Work) Regulations 2018] apply;]

  2. Ìý

    [(b)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to workers to which the Fishing Vessels (Working Time: Sea-fishermen) Regulations 2004 apply;] or

  3. Ìý

    [(c)ÌýÌýÌýÌý to workers to whom the Merchant Shipping (Working Time: Inland Waterways) Regulations 2003 apply.]
