To be eligible for a UK Expansion Worker visa, you must be currently working for [SPONSOR] and [have worked with [SPONSOR] outside the UK for a cumulative 12-month period and earn at least £48,500 per annum and the relevant ‘going rate’ for your SOC 2020 occupation code OR earn at least £73,900 per annum and the relevant ‘going rate’ for your SOC 2020 occupation code and therefore be classified as a ‘high earner’ by the Home Office OR (for Japanese nationals establishing a branch/subsidary of the sponsor group under the UK-Japan Comprehensive Economic Partnership agreement, or for nationals or permanent residents of Australia seeking to establish
